Readers, I've been keeping a secret from you. But Sally made her announcement yesterday, so now I can let the cat out of the bag, too.
Style blogger extraordinaire Sally McGraw wrote a book. She asked me to be in it, and I was very honored to say yes. And it's coming out next week!
Sally describes the book as "a self-guided makeover." In yesterday's announcement on her blog, she says:
The book is packed with enlightening exercises, mix-and-match figure flattery techniques, and effective tutorials that illustrate how personal style can foster self-love and self-respect.
I'm honored to be one of twelve bloggers to have their outfit photos included in the book. If anyone had told me when I started this blog four years ago, that I would become known on the internet for my sense of style, I would have said, "Huh??" Life takes us in crazy directions, doesn't it?
The book will go on sale next Friday, June 22. If the blogging community, or personal style, or positive body image are important to you, please support Sally's efforts by buying a copy!

OH MY GOODNESS! CONGRATS, Stacy!!!! This is sooo wonderful! Cath and I have been reading Sal's blog since she started. I would have wanted the book, but now I know a fellow Decaturite and bloggerista is gonna be in it, you can definitely count us in for a copy! Too, too, too awesome! Congrats again!
