Sharing the blog love

This morning I spent some time updating the blog links on my sidebar, and I'd like to introduce you to a few of the blogs I'm reading these days.

bibliomichelle -Michelle's blog is barely a month old and already she's tackled topics as diverse as cabana boys, pet rabbits, and Armenian history.  Plus, she's a saucebox extraordinaire!

Carrie Mesrobian - My friend Carrie is about to blow up, y'all.  Her debut YA novel is coming out next year.  In the meantime, check out her blog about reading and writing and whatever else she feels like.  If you're lucky, you might see some photos of her handsome dog, Pablo.

Ranch Dressing with Eartha Kitsch - Nope, it's not a salad blog.  It's about "crazy old Western things, kitsch, googly eyes, thrifting, swishy skirts, vintage recipes, photos and stories about people that I don't know (and people that I do know), crafting, absurdity, crafting with absurdity... and a million things more."  Reading this blog is always a treat because Eartha is a HOOT.

Retro Roadmap - Mod Betty has a passion for visiting and promoting cool old places that have a vintage flair.  If you're like me and you love authentic diners full of neon and chrome, fabulous mid-century modern motels, and crazy roadside attractions, let Retro Roadmap be your guide next time you hit the highway.

rockstarscars - This is a brand new blog about "sickness, health, love, despair, dogs, cats, capybaras, horses, crafting, and music, always, music."  It's compelling and funny, and I'm really looking forward to watching it evolve.
